Jak se daji poslat fotky mimo uloz to. Vypada to, ze je to zpoplatnene a my hledame neco, co je zadarmo.

Erva >> Radku oni tam pisou ceny, nic blizsiho ti si nenapisou, je to podle uziti dane fotografie nebo serie fotografii. Trosku je svazujici ta exkluzivita, kdy se vlastne zavazujes, ze tu fotku nikomu jinemu nesmis nabidnout ani zverejnit. Takovou nabidku mam i ja s cenou 30 az40%, ale odmitl jsem ji. Tohle vypada zajimaje , pochopil jsem, ze maji zajem o krahujce v letu a nejakou celou serii. Klidne bych do toho sel, mohlo by ti to prinest slusny zisk. Jen si zjisti, zda doma na to nepotrebujes podnikani, coz by nebyl problem. Oni posilaji vzdy na konci roku sumar, kde je uvedeno kolik jsi dostal a posilaji to i financakum. Aspon tady to tak je, takze ja musim pri kazde platbe potvrdit, ze tady platim dane. Nekde to je ale udelane tak, ze sami mohou tu dan strhnout a pak je clovek bez starosti, ovsem to ja nechci, strhavaji mnohem vice,nez ja zaplatim na danich. Driv by to asi bylo jednoduzsi, kdyz anglani byli v EU, ted nevim, jak to tam vlastne s danemi funguje. Proste bych se toho nebal, vypada to seriozne.

Our aim is to work with you to put together a great set of your photographs of the eurasian sparrowhawk mid-flight.

Once we have a high-resolution set that works one of our reporters will then be in contact with some questions about your images to get the relevant details/quotes so we can put together a story to go out with your photos.

We will then send this as a package to the UK national newspapers on a 'speculative' basis, which targets both their print editions and online websites.

You will retain full copyright of your images, and we will pay you a very straightforward 50% of any sales made from your images.

We differ from other agencies because all direct sales to UK publications will be paid within a week after use, unlike other agencies who can take months as they wait for newspapers to pay them first.

Our main aim is for the images to appear in the print edition of newspapers as the payment rates are higher, however, we also target their online editions.

Usage rates vary between the different newspapers. A single photo will always bring in less money than a set of images, but we could expect anything between £50 and £400 for each of the newspapers depending on the paper, the size of use, and the number of images used. Most online uses we will be paid £25 per photo, up to a gallery fee of £100. Great pictures that get good shows can quickly add up to a very decent amount.

If any of your images are published in one of the UK national newspapers (or their websites), we will let you know on that same day. Your sales will then be calculated and our accounts will be in touch about your payment.

After sending out your images within the UK, we will then send them to our trusted partner agencies around the world who market them to maximise sales to international publications and websites. It can take longer for payments for overseas sales to reach you as our partner agencies only advise us of sales once they have received payment themselves.

In addition to this we will place a watermarked version featuring your name of the best image on our Instagram page to help promote the set.

Please 'Fill a Copy', create a free account, change the 'title' of the document to your full name and then send it back to us. A copy will also be sent to the email you set up the account with.

We work on the basis of three months of exclusivity with your set of image(s), but it is not a problem if the pictures are already with wildlife/nature stock agencies. You are also free to continue using your images on your own website.

After the initial three months, unless notified otherwise, we will continue to sell your images and then you will be free to market your photographs further yourself.

We do ask for the initial three month exclusivity because we face competition from other agencies here in the UK, who may attempt to contact you directly particularly after seeing your images published via our company. They will pursue a new, conflicting contract and ask that they release the images, however, we would strongly advise against this, since it can jeopardise any exclusive rates that we have negotiated and agreed on your behalf.

With photographs we place to press, although standard editing may take place to enhance the image coming out of the camera, photo manipulation must not take place. If any of your images have been manipulated, please notify us at this point we are requesting them from you so we are aware. Some sets like star trails or montages showing a sequence of events may well still work for press, but we must be made aware of this kind of manipulation so we can write this technique into the story so the publications are fully aware. No pixels should be moved on images.

Denny - Je otázka aby to není celé podvod ... to je celé, jde o prd , né že bych nechtěl prodávat , což občas něco prodám , ale je mě taky jasné že mě to živit nebude a ani se skrze fotky nestane milionář :-)) Mno určitě jim napíši jaká bude cena :-))

Erva >> 50% je hodne slusnych, ale protoze takovymto agenturam fotky sam prodavam, vim, ze ten zisk je naprosto nepatrny. Ony tyhle agentury, aby meli odbyt nabizi ty nase fotografie za velmi nizke ceny, takze je naprosto bezne, za za fotku dostanu jen 10 centu. Kdyby me to melo zivit, tak umru hlady :-)) Pokud ale podnikas, je to debra cesta, jak mnohe odepsat z dani, to je duvod, proc to delam ja. Odepisu kazdy nkup, cestovani, ubytovani atd. No a pochopitelne z tech penez za fotky take platim dane, takze abych vydelaval. musel bych denne prodavat nekolik desitek fotek. Jsou ale fotky, za ktere obcas dostanu opravdu dobre zaplaceno. Minuly mesic me poslala jedna agentura za fotku z Las Vegas, pro me takove streetphoto , vic, nez vydelam za sichtu a to potom potesi. Zrejme to slo na nejaky plakat , do kalendaru atd, atd. Koupil to zrejme nekdo bez omezeni, proto zaplatil te agenture hodne vysokou castku. Ja obvykle dostavam tak 10 az 30% podle toho, kolik plati zakaznik agenture, nemohu to ovlivnit. Neco jineho je prodavat fotky sam primo, tam ty ceny jsou uplne jinde, ale to maji obslapnute profici a mnohe agentury si najimaji cele tymi, mezi ktere nema clovek sanci se dostat. To jsou ti, kteri foti ruzne celebrity, politiky, maji pristup na akce, kam se normalni smrtelnik nedostane atd. atd. Ale nezrikej se toho, osobne bych se zeptal na cenu za ktere to oni nabizi, pokud to neni ve smlouve. Ja ty ceny od agentur s kterymi mam podepsane smlouvy znam, oni to netaji, nemaji duvod. Je jasne, ze jejich zisky nekolikanasobne prevysuji to, co dostavam je, takze 50% je opravdu velmi pekne nabidka.

Denny - Ahoj Karle , poslal jsem jim mailovou adresu a píší pořád o fotky o které by měli zájem , na netu mají taky stránky zdá se ok. , tak nevím no :-))Má to být agentura která poskyztuje fotky do anglických novin a časopisů , nabízejí mě 50 % ceny z prodeje ..., ale to víš že jsem jim zatím nic neposlal a tak nějak studuju tu jejich smlouvu kterou mě poslali k podepsání a následnému poslaní zpět ...

Erva >> Ahoj Radku a vsichni ostatni. Byl jsem bez intrenetu, stehovani se strasne protahlo, same komplikace. Tu agenturu neznam, asi by to chtelo se s nimi nejak spojit a nejdriv zjistit, zda to neni nejaka habadura.

Tak jsem objevil vynikajici vabnicku na sovy 😂 Pokazde kdyz jdu vlacet a seseri se tak nade mnou a okolo mne zacnou letat sovy. Predpokladam ze reaguji na zvuk snury pri navijeni. O jaky druh jde ale nevim, i kdyz letaji par metru ode mne tak vidim jen siluety. Nebo ze by slo pouze o nahodu a proste byly na lovu pri brehu jezera?

no comment - Ahoj Jirko , krmím ani jsem nepřestal , ale jen tam kde lítá jestřáb , sice ne tolik ale zhruba co 3 dny tam vždy něco zavezu a droboti taktéž slunečnici , od začátku listopadu jsem zkrmil 40 kg slunečnice a když jsem kterou jsem měl koupenou ještě loni a když jsem se díval na cenu slunečnice dnes , tak se mě protočili panenky ...
